That includes salons, spas, tattoo and makeup studios, barbershops, nail bars and clinics — anywhere customers come to you — as well as independent professionals who work on their own or travel to clients. Businesses with a location get staff, roster and multi-location tools; independents get a portfolio, their own availability and direct bookings. You pick the account type at signup.
- What verification do I need to complete?
- Identity and business verification before you can accept bookings. This is what lets customers trust that a listed professional is real, and it is the same bar for everyone.
- Do I control my own prices and availability?
- Yes. You define your service catalogue, your prices and your working hours. What a customer sees at booking is what you set.
- How do I get paid?
- You take payment for the service directly, the way you already do. Estylr does not sit between you and the customer for the treatment price.
- Can I use Estylr for home-service appointments?
- Yes. If you travel to clients, you can mark services as at-home and account for travel time in your availability.
- What happens if a customer does not turn up?
- Bookings are confirmed slots rather than enquiries, and service start is verified at the appointment rather than taken on trust. Your cancellation terms are shown to the customer before they book.
